Is LPP-2 2000 grade? If not, what. Thanks

Hi, You have several wall liner options so I'm not sure which one to choose. The walls are textured in some areas maybe quite heavy as it does not look uniform. I am hanging wallpaper over this. Which one would you recommend? I need a bridging material that will create a smooth surface but stay on a textured surface. It is drywall that has been painted with a flat paint if that helps. I have heard a heavy duty is 1500 grade but don't see any grading options on the site. Thanks!

Is this thicker than regular wallpaper and is it paintable? I also notice commercial grade liner, what is the difference between that and this product?
